Terms of Service

ASWDD provides a multi-tenant customer operations platform that may include team collaboration, inbox and contact management, WhatsApp Business integrations, templates, broadcasts, automations, analytics, and billing features depending on your plan and enabled product modules.

We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. Where a paid feature is removed in a material way, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring invited teammates use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

ASWDD is intended for business use. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register.

Each organization workspace is controlled by its owners and administrators. ASWDD provides role-based access controls, but customer administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, reviewing invitations, and managing member access.

You may not access another organization's workspace without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or to violate applicable messaging, privacy, or marketing rules
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass security, probe systems, or access data without permission
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform except as expressly permitted
• Upload malware or interfere with platform reliability or other customers

We may suspend or terminate access that poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

When you connect WhatsApp or other third-party services, you authorize ASWDD to exchange data with those providers as needed to operate enabled features. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms, policies, and approval requirements.

You are responsible for obtaining consents required before messaging end customers and for the content you send through connected channels.

Paid plans, usage limits, and subscription status are described in your workspace billing area and applicable order details. If self-serve checkout is enabled, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

Fees are generally billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features or workspace access. Taxes may apply where required by law.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Services, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide the platform. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

ASWDD and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Services except the limited right to use them during an active subscription or authorized trial.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other customers, fail to pay applicable fees, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, but sections that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free delivery, or that every message will reach its recipient, especially where third-party networks are involved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASWDD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
