This policy applies to visitors to our website, users who register for an ASWDD account, and members invited into an organization workspace. It also describes how we handle information processed on behalf of business customers when they use messaging and inbox features connected to their own WhatsApp Business accounts.

ASWDD is designed for business use. You should not use the Services if you are under the age required to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Account and profile information

• Email address and authentication credentials
• Profile details such as display name, if provided
• Organization name, slug, timezone, and membership role
• Audit and security events related to account activity

Workspace and operational data

• Team membership, invitations, and role assignments
• Contacts, conversations, messages, and delivery status metadata
• WhatsApp account and phone number connection metadata when integrations are enabled
• Configuration settings, feature usage, and support communications

Technical and usage information

• Device, browser, and log data such as IP address, timestamps, and request metadata
• Session cookies and similar technologies required for authentication and security
• Error, performance, and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the Services

Information from third parties

When you connect WhatsApp or other integrations, we receive information from those providers necessary to deliver the Services, such as message content, sender identifiers, delivery events, template status, and connected business account metadata. We process this information only to provide the functionality you enable.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Services
• Authenticate users and enforce organization-scoped access controls
• Operate inbox, contact, messaging, and related workflow features
• Send service, security, and account-related communications
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
• Improve product performance and develop new features

We do not sell personal information. We do not use workspace message content for unrelated advertising purposes.

ASWDD allows business customers to connect their own Meta WhatsApp Business accounts. When that integration is enabled:

• Message content and related metadata may be transmitted between Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and ASWDD for inbox, contact management, delivery status, and automation features
• Access tokens and other sensitive credentials are handled using server-side secure storage practices and are not exposed to browser clients
• Your use of WhatsApp features is also subject to Meta's terms and policies

Business customers are responsible for obtaining any required consents from their end customers before messaging them through ASWDD.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, logging, and infrastructure providers
• Integration partners such as Meta when you connect WhatsApp or related services
• Other members of your organization according to your workspace role and permissions
• Professional advisers or authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this policy or equivalent protections

ASWDD currently relies on trusted infrastructure providers to deliver the Services, including:

• Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and related backend services
• Hostinger or comparable hosting providers for application delivery
• Meta for WhatsApp Cloud API connectivity when enabled by a customer

These providers process information on our behalf under contractual and security obligations appropriate to their role.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type, workspace status, and customer configuration. You may request deletion of account information subject to applicable law and legitimate business or legal retention needs.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access, organization-scoped authorization, encrypted transport, and separation of privileged credentials from client applications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can update account details within the product where available, and you may contact us to submit a privacy request.

If we process information on behalf of a business customer, that customer may be the primary controller for end-customer messaging data. In those cases, requests relating to message content may need to be directed to the business that operates the workspace.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for login sessions, security, and core site functionality. We do not use non-essential advertising cookies on the core application at this time. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling required cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.

ASWDD may process information in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate infrastructure. When we transfer information internationally, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
